The dogs love to lay on the air vents in the summertime. When Gus gets there first, he puts as much of himself over the vent as possible. And the rest of him sprawls along the wall (there's a lot of Gus to sprawl).
When it's Cotton's turn, she is much more precise in where she places her feet and her nose.
Sometimes, she turns her head to the side like this and I imagine it's because her nose got cold. But always those two front feet are placed side-by-side.
ISn't that funny how animals are a lot like humans in that they have a certain way they lay down. Oh, how were the grapes? I really want to know.

ReplyDeleteI remember doing that when we lived in the little white house on Elm Street (next to the gym). I also used the furnace to heat a thermometer trying to "be sick." I think it was a little suspicious when it exploded.
ReplyDeleteUmmm ... SSG would be joining Cotton next to that AC vent if she had to deal with hu-mid-it-y (shudder).
