hey don't knock the birds, if it was my house ,there would be bugs stuck in the paint, and probably dog prints all over it! it's a lovely shade of warm!
Carrie - it's going on the deck on the landing. It fits perfectly there. The birds made their comment after the paint dried and it came off.
Marlene - love the diff name for the color! That's 3 total.
Sorrow - there are bugs, dried azalea stamens, dog fur and a spiderweb painted onto the bench, mostly on the legs where you can't really see it. This is the real world here, baby!
Did the bird at least wait until the paint was dry? It looks great though. Where are you going to use it?

Around these parts, that would be Williamsburg Red and yes, it is totally "in"....well, except for the little poopy part.

I love the color and you didn't even have to pay extra for the "antiquing look."
