On the Creek

I took this Saturday along with a bunch more at the creek near my home. There are lots of volunteer daffodils, and some trees are budding. But this was the one that I loved, I think because of the color. And the color doesn't translate as vividly when I convert from digital negative to jpeg.
Happy Monday.

  2. Yes, Saturday was splendidly warm here in Georgia. The spring-like temps beckoned us outdoors for a walk. Yesterday? Yikes! Only in the south can you have a winter snow and thunder all at the same time. The lovely foliage shown in your photo has been buried (temporarily) beneath snow and ice. However, Karen Minton (Channel 2 meterologist) forcasts temps in the 70's by this weekend. Hooray!

Thanks for visiting my blog, Molly. Please drop in again :)

  3. Oh MAN I have a lot to catch up on around here! The snow photos are ADORABLE, I love that look on Gus' face--he is too precious.

Fisher can never decide whether to eat the snow or slide on it. And I think she gets distracted by the sound of her own paws crunching it.

And it's always so nice when it's gone as quickly as it came in : )
