Nice packaging. Father Christmas thinks they're quite festive.
They are an Oreo style cookie, with two nice crispy cookie wafers sandwiching the white cream center. But not just any cream center - one with slivers of candy canes in it. The peppermint flavor goes nicely with the chocolate crispy cookie wafer, neither overwhelming the other.

Another winner from Trader Joe's - but only here for a limited time!
I love Trader Joe's! I'll have to try those! Have you tried their croissants? SO good--in the frozen food section. You need to leave them out to rise over night and bake them the next morning, but they are WORTH it. Thanks for the well wishes--I snuggled up on the couch with a movie, Fisher and some tea and am feeling much better!

Oh my... Peppermint- my weakness. Peppermint Bark, peppermint ice cream with hot fudge on top....I see a trip to Trader Joe's tonight.
